Dyno pull video

Here's a video of my final pull from last year's dyno session. I don't get much video from my trips to the track since I'm the cameraman AND the driver , so this is about the best I have right now. I hope to capture some track video later this year since dyno runs are not all that exciting.

This video gives a good idea of what my exhaust system sounds like when run closed (Hooker 1-5/8 headers, X-pipe, Warlock mufflers, Flowmaster mandrel tailpipes, 2.5" throughout). I know there was a thread in the tech forum where someone was interested in what kind of sound an X-pipe gives, and this is what it sounds like on mine when under full load (from in front of the car).

It put down 278HP @ 6400 and 255 ft-lbs @ 4900 without the N2O (I added the N2O after the dyno session). It was very informative, and I picked up 13HP through timing and jetting changes. The one thing it clearly pointed out is that my previous shift-point of 6500 is too low for optimal ET's, so I still need to do some test runs at the strip with a higher shift point.

That sounds really good. I like the look of your car. What do you think it will run??

I've got it to run an 11.59 @ 116MPH with a 1.82 60ft time on a 100HP shot. I haven't had a successful launch yet on the N2O, but I think my 60' will be much better if I can. Off the bottle I was running 12.40 @ 109MPH with a 1.89 60'.

Rear: 15x7 rims with 4.5" backspacing, MT 28x11.5-15 ET Streets
Front: 15x5 rims, 165R15 tires.
I've got new leaf springs, subframe connectors, CE tractions bars, and Summit adjustable drag shocks. It hooks pretty decent, but I'm still working on launching well with the nitrous.
