Falcon Track Clip

Here's my 2nd pass from 6/27/07 at Pacific Raceways in Kent, WA.

Fuel system is still very rich but I forgot all of my pills at home so was unable to lean it out. Next time.

Well, that chebby had some pretty fancy paint and that way cool hood. I don't have a hood and I've got about $25 invested in my Home Depot rattle can paint job.

Gary, I'd hate like hell to get whupped by that many-doored 6-tooter, on a track that runs downhill!

Seriously tho', I don't know if I'll ever take the car to B'ton. That new bridge is about to open and the price of the tolls over and back are going to be more than the entry fees. Probably just as cheap to tow over to Yakima or Spokane.

351W +.030, Enderle BugCatcher on gas, 289 / 302 Wieand tunnel ram intake base, PME intake adapters, sheet metal top, injectors in the intake runners (ported), custom cam, C4, 4000 Hughes, 9", 33 spline Dutchman axles, 33 spline Strange full spool, Hoosier 28 x 9.5 slicks, Cal-Tracks. Painless race car harness.

A/F is done by math, not monitors (no electronics on car other than 6AL & small diameter MSD dist).

Just found source for good quality EGT monitor and for a good quality leak down tester. Leak down will be first then I will buy EGT setup. Budget racer, y'know.

Water temp, oil pressure and tach are the only gauges in car. Launch off the foot brake.

I am still learning how to set this up, will probably be learning as long as I own the car.

Looks like I'm gonna have to come up and check out that track. I'm about 40 minutes away. Don't think I'll be able to run as fast as you but I may be able to run a 13.5 or better. Your engine looks Great!!
