Ya-but
If your bogging after you launch, then your RPM's must be dropping to 2200 - 2500 (momenterily) , thus moving your timing back a tad, thus compounding the issue.
Full advance at 3000...? Your set-up dictates you want full advance near 2200 - 2400. Lighten up your springs.
