Here is the combo:

C460 heads w/2.4 in. (Tit.) & 1.9 ex. (stainless), 1x4bbl, RDI Aluminum block, 4.56x4.25 stroke (555 c.i.), 12.5:1 CR w/JE Pistons and Oliver rods, roller cam, tri-y headers, dry sump. G-force 5 speed trans., 4.10 Locker, 28.5" tires.

The competition was there, I think that was the first time I finished in front of the 72 car.

I am involved with a few cars that run up there. One iis a Corvette 283, the other is an old Mustang. I only do the engine work, but I sure like the way your car runs. It sound real good. That is a great vidio.The one thing I noticed about it is how fast you could change gears. Do you let off the gas at all, and do you use the clutch when you shift ?? I love it.Thanks.

I use the clutch on downshifts and lift but do not usually use the clutch on upshifts. The G-force is a dog box, so it likes to be shifted fast. I do not need to use the clutch on downshifts, but I do it as a precaution in case I put it in the wrong gear. The location of the shifter makes it a bit more difficult than most to get it in the right gear.
