My 67 Coupe 1/8 mile
I new it had a 6 in it! I drive it to the track, 70 miles each way, so it is hard to get it cooled down. My dad and son wanted to go so I borrowed a trailer and carried a fan and small generator to cool it between runs. It went a 6.94 and a 6.93 when cool. Hot lapping it during the brackets it went 7.04, 7.03, and 7.04. All runs were on pump gas and ET drag radials.

Sorry, I have been away.
The engine is a 351w with SRP -27cc pistons, AFR185's, hyd flat tappet, TorkerII intake and Proform double pumper.
The turbo is an MPT-70 for now with an EV hat, Tial WG and BOV.
The fuel system is a sumped stock tank, A1000 pump, 13204 regulator with -8 feed and return.
The trans is a homebuilt C5 with 5 reds in the forward, 6 reds in the direct and a Burly stage 4 valvebody.
The rear end is a 95 GT 8.8 with a 3.08 gear converted for leaf springs.
The 60' was 1.58. Boost is 10 psi. The build is here 1967 Mustang Coupe 351w Single t-70 Now with video from 8-8

Re: My 67 Coupe 1/8 mile
Wow, you just blew the doors off of that other Mustang! Gotta love a fast '67 coupe!!!
What kind of compression are you running with that turbo?
That is a very good looking car as well... nice job!

Re: My 67 Coupe 1/8 mile
Thanks for the kind words. Compression is around 9:1. I think I am going to change to 2.73 gears so I can run 1/4 mile. I only have about 400 rpm's left after 1/8 mile. 5500 is all I want to turn it. I may up boost to 14 too.
