problem?!?!?

i woke up this morning and got up and let my car run for about 10 mins and then i look a lil bit closer at my holley carb and the clear sight plug is layin on my manifold but its not leakin there and i just want to know is there a way that i can get the other piece thats still in the carb out with out takin the fuel bowl off

They're made out of a fairly soft plastic. I had one break on me once and used a small screw driver to gently turn the remaining piece out. It had a rough spot that I could get the point into at an angle to push the plug around to unthread it. Hope this helps..[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]

thanks, i was gonna go through the trouble of takin it off, but i was thinking the samething a lot of people said i can do it like that, but i rather keep it simple and not buy any gaskets ive already got a set of some sight plugs on me so it should be fairly easy
