Windshield washer?

My car doesn't have one.... what do you guys do to keep the window clean? I imagine someone driving with the window down with a bottle of washer fluid in a spray bottle spraying the windshield while the other hand turns on the wipers. Or do you just stop at gas stations a lot?

Windshield washer?

A squirt bottle and low speeds would work better than a spray bottle. Maybe one of those water cannon squirt guns with the back pack? You could pick one up off another car and fix it to work on your car though. There might be some place that actually sells the original type but you would have to change your wiper switch. I don't even know if mine works and when I knew it did I didn't use it much. Kinda afraid to try it. First time I turned the wipers on in 12 yrs was scary in itself.

Windshield washer?

I have no winshield washer on my 65. I use lots of rain-x, and carry a spray bottle of glass cleaner and a squegee.
The rain-X helps the bird crap keep from sticking, but it is a PITA when rain dries on it.

mac's has the old sytle bag, brackets, pump, hoses, not sure about the spray nozzles but u could find some at the junk yard im sure or even some off another vechile would work. i belive they have the switch as well, only differnce with the spray switches is you pull on the switch, it has contacts on the back that are held apart by a spring, pull it and they touch turning on the pump.
