For Sale: 2 1965 Galaxie\'s in San Diego

I have 2 1965 Ford Galaxies that I need to get rid of. I am located in San Diego and they need to move within a few days or they will be towed away. I will most likely be junking them this weekend, unless someone here wants them.

One is a two door with white leather buckets and console shifter. The engine runs, but the carb has been removed. It was in an accident and needs a lot of body work and a windshield.

The other is a four door that is very straight with a small rust hole just below the trunk. This one has some engine problems. Oil pressure dummy light turned on and I made it home. Changed the oil pump, but still has the oil pressure dummy light and some bad noises. I'm guessing rod bearings. The interior on this car is rough and also needs paint.

Both the cars have 352 engines. My original plan was to use the parts from both and make 1 good car. I am storing them in a parking lot and had hoped to fix them, but I don't have the time to do it anymore. I have 1 radiator between the 2 cars and 2 rebuildable carbs. I would part them myself if I had the space or time, but unfortunately I don't.

I might be interested in both door panels from the two door, regardless of shape, as long as they can be recovered.

I am asking for best offer. So far I called a couple of junkers and they offered me $200 per car. If I had a garage I know I could part them for much more than that, or build 1 good car. It's too bad that I don't because I would love to fix one up. I was thinking ~$1000 for both. I think this is a reasonable price, but I will accept offers. Unfortunately I am into both of these cars for much more than that.

p.s. I forgot to mention that the 2 door is an XL.

If your parting it out...I need the pass. 1/4 off one....
