For Sale: 67 Galaxie Fastback----$500 takes it.....

Well, I just bought the car as my previous posts show and I just also found a car that my wife really wants (Thunderbird), so the Galaxie has to go.

Has 289 and auto, great interior, better than decent exterior. Needs rear and front bumpers (there rusted now), and some repair work in back where previous owner backed into telephone pole.

Car runs and drives. I just don't have the space to keep them all.

Where you located?

Depending on where you are I might want it. Thinking about getting rid of the truck and finding a cheap beater to get back and forth to work. As long as it is mechanically sound (only need one project at a time) I'd be willing to think about it.

I'm interested... I live about 15 minutes from Philadelphia. I remember when you got the car a while back... I think I'm gonna go look for that thread adn see if you posted any pictures. I'm up in Connecticut right now, so if you've still got the car maybe I'll want to look at it this weekend on my way home.

My first car was a '67, so I'd love to have another one.

Car is in Northern Jersey

Well, looks like the car is going BYE BYE!!! [img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif[/img] The car needs floors and the driver side torque box needs attention. Rest of car is in nice shape and all chrome around headlights and interior parts are in GREAT shape. Just don't want to spend $1,500 on floors and welding and other work to just start a project.


If anyone is interested in parts, Pick-up only on large items, give me a call. I am going to take the 289 out for the Falcon I have and just can't see spending all the money needed when I can buy one already done for about $8,000.


So, in anyone has any interest or any help, please call me. I have looked for floors and NOTHING!!!! 67 is an animal upon itself. NOTHING IS MADE FOR 67's!!!!!!!!!!! That really sucks.......
