Chiefe9 Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: Sylva North Carolina Posts: 161	67 Galaxie Axle 9 code My 67 Galaxie with a 390 c.i. has a Axle 9 code which indicates a 4:11 rear end. I've noticed that it gets off the line quite well yet doesn't seem to be "wound out" when running 70-80 mph. Is this rear end the norm or a more rare option? Can anyone provide any feedback about this combination such as reliability, etc.? Thanks in advance.
