Anyone need any 67 Galaxie parts?

Is the vent window crank the same on a 67 as it is on a 68?If so I need a driver side crank since mine will close but not tight.

I should be able to help most of you out. I am waiting to hear back on my offer. Should go through though. Interior is black, rear deck is gone, I did notice that. 460? May be able to help. I am buying this one for the 429 Cobra-jet motor. My 65 has a 460 in it already, so it will be an easy swap. I also am going to snag the baster cylinder brake setup, as it is 2 chamber, and the power steering, where my pump crapped out, and I had to switch back to manual. Other than the advanced case of tin fleas, everything else seems to be there. I'll know tommorrow evening...

As far as the rear deck goes, I'd recommend taking it to a stereo shop and having them custom fabricate one out of particle board and cover it with matching vinyl. It's way easier to clean and much nicer looking, especially if you want to keep the speakers in their original place, or even drop a small subwoofer in between the 6x9's and have the deck lid serve as the top of the subwoofer box as well. Looks very good from both the interior and the trunk, and overall it looks much cleaner than stock.

Obviously not a good idea if you want to keep it 100% original, but it sure does look sharp.

Thanks for the idea. Right now it just has pegboard cutout and some felt covering it. I do know a local radio shop that does custom installations. I will have to see if they can do that for me.

Well, took a while, but I own the 67. I will be stripping it next week. I have to get it gone before snow flies. I need the 429 for mine, as well as the power steering and dual master cylinder setup for my 65. Other than that, shoot me an email of what you want and I'll get back to you with what kind of shape the stuff is in. My e is chasepkme@juno.com

Details on the car. Black interior, 2 door, good glass, auto. The rad support, grill, bezels and left fender are decent, not sure on the rest.

I need the following

rear window regulators

lower control arm and spindle (drums) for drivers side - is it a short, but embarrassing story so I will refrain from telling it

you can email me at pmlaw7@yahoo.com if you have the parts

thanks
