Harmonic Balancer Removal Tool

I don't have one of these and when looking around saw quite a price difference. Sears has one for $19, Snap On alot more, and some on EBay for $9. Since I hope not to be removing the Balancer again anytime soon (fingers crossed), will a cheapo work as well as a more expensive one?

Just athought , maybe you can just rent one? Autozone will let you "Borrow " one. Pay a deposit and get it back when you return it.

I think mine was about $12 at Pep Boys. The 'webs' aren't as thick as those on the more expensive one they had, but that was the biggest difference I saw. It worked fine on my 302, nice and easy to take the balancer off.

Thanks for advice, I may try Autozone.
