66 2 dr sedan

this body that i have is rust free but it is a 289 3 spd. i really want a hardtop and i have some bodies that i could rebuild but it seems like a waste of a really nice 2 dr sedan body. what do you think? i could just put a 428 in it but dont really want to thanks.

If the body is good, I'd probably just drop the 428 in it and drive it. You can add some wheels and other little things here and there and the plain jane will bloom. Doesn't take much really.
