Relocating battery

I was thinking of moving my battery to my trunk, and was interested in any tips on doing it. I plan on getting a kit from summit, is a battery cut off switch needed? I do not plan on racing , just want to clean up the engine compartment.

I've got my battery in the trunk, with a 1/0 gauge wire running to the solenoid, which is mounted on the firewall. My ground consists of a 1/0 wire bolted to the frame, and a large flat strap running to the body to make sure it's grounded well. I'm probably gonna change some of it up soon since I'm planning on moving to a newer style PMGR starter.
