68 XL convertible

Well I've been working at it for about 18 months now and there isn't a part of it that wasn't redone. If it was avaialble in repro or NOS I got it. The car is a GT with power steering, power disc brakes, HD suspension, locking differential Canadian non-emission system ,black interior with buckets and console, tinted power windows, remote mirror, AM-8track (still works). It's as clean as the day it left the assembly line so it will be a fair weather driver. Thanks for the good comments.

PS. still looking for wheel opening and rocker panel trim. any leads?

It's a twin to the one in the 68 brochure. The interior pic in it even shows the 4-speed!

I know for sure that it's not the one in the brochure (nice comparison though) My car was originally Sunlit Gold like the LTD on the brochure cover. I had a large sample of the gold made up but it wasn't the color for me. It took about 3 months to find the right shade of red. I finally chose Miata classic red, no pearl, no metallic, just color with lots of clear. The digital camera give the impression that its a little orangey like viper red but it's not.
A few more pix.
