ballpark value of a AM/FM radio from a 63 galaxie?

Can anyone tell me about what the value of a AM/FM radio, faceplate and knobs would be for a 1963 galaxie?

$10-25. Check ebay for comparison and going rates.

Trim pieces are always worth something but original radios don't seem to bring much.

I sold a fairly nice one on Ebay a year or so ago for 45 if I recall correctly.

Hey-if you are selling this radio I am interested! Is it in working condition?

Thanks
Tim

The AM/FM radios go for $200 or more but don't know about the face plates for an AM/FM.

YO Guys!! I hate to burst anyone's bubble but you can expect to pay around $ 400.00 and up for a good working 63/64 AM/FM with the knobs and faceplate. I saw a nice used faceplate alone go for $175.00. You cannot use the AM one as they are different. The 63 and 64 use different dial faces and front lenses but they are interchangable between the two units.

Thanks for the reply folks. I thought it be worth more than a AM but I didn't know how much more. I truely love the body style of the 63&64 's. My second car I ever owned (1973) was a 63 country squire 390 4 barrel, AC PS/PB auto, I put mags on it with big/littles tires, and drove it for 10 years. It ran suprisingly well. But it sure wasn't the hip thing to drive back than but I liked it. Guess I was 20 years ahead of the times. But before it went to the bone yard I did save a few of parts because I knew some day some one might want them. Sure wish I had the whole car back! I'm sure the board doesn't want us listing things for sale in the post.
