Couldn't resist showing this one even if most of the cars are GMs.

All the houses on the street are empty but the one at the far end of the street. My car is blocking the 68/69 Charger. My car is parked by the house that own all the other cars. They were waiting on the moving truck so parked all the cars at different houses. I live a block away and when I drove around the corner and saw all the old cars in the driveways I had to get a pic. Thought it was cool. Too bad we couldn't have gotten a few other cars to sit in the other driveways though. I only know of one other kid with a Challenger though. There are a bunch of Mustangs on the base, but think mine is the only non-mustang Ford around here.

Hey, on another topic, the base is starting up tours to the base museum and a window tour of the flight line June 17th. Thought that was cool. Maybe I'll have to drive out the gate and take a tour and get more info.

Nope it's still a banana. I got one of it's dwindling good sides in this one.
It was odd when I turned up the street for sure. I was feeling like I had just entered the twilight zone or something.

They did here, most of all this area of housing was built in the late 50s early 60s from what I've heard. That's why they will be torn down here before long. A guy we know stationed here lived in our house as a kid around 1973 and the place wasn't new then he said. They're just the common stucco lookin houses here in CA. But if there are any sat dishes showing that wouldn't fit!

This is our house but the ones on this street are a different style with the garage being seperate from the house.
The new ones to me don't look real new either from the outside except they have those fake things on the windows to make them look like small paned windows. Stucco just looks old no matter what a person does I think.

These are the earliest pics I have. I have more somewhere on negatives which is what these came from. Most I have lost in the travels.

1974 when it had a top.

Mid 1975 just before the previous owner traded it off. This is in my parents yard.
