63 lower a-arm offset pivot shaft ???
The benefit is that the suspension is tightened up, and the front end won't wander under hard braking. Cars sold as police or taxi units had the straight shafts in them from the factory. Those offset shafts cause all kinds of problems. They were designed to soften up the ride, but 62 & earlier cars don't have 'em, and neither do the 65 up stuff.
Mark, who runs the Galaxie club sells them, and there's a place in California that does too but I can't recall the name at the moment.
