I see them on ebay quite often, but the price is too high. I have a set on my Ranchero, but they are not the best in the world. A few dings in them and I paid $65.00 for them.

If the temp. ever gets low enough, here in Georgia, I am going junkyarding again. The rattlesnakes are still out here.

The ones shown appear to be painted argent with red paint (ECONOLINE?). Might be hard to find. Most were bright with black paint.

Yup; Mine are stainless with black. The pickups also used argent.

Not all were stainless. I think some were painted steel for trucks or vans.

The pictures above will not fit your Galaxie. They are for 64 Falcons, and Fairlanes. The Galaxies use a 10 1/2" hubcap, If you have the original wheels on the Galaxie. The ones painted argent and red are for Econolines. The stainless are for Falcons, and Fairlanes.

This info is as per my Ford Illustrated Catalog.

BTW: The argent 10 1/2' in was used on the pickups, the stainless is for Galaxie, and Custom.

Sorry Ray, I know Galaxies take 10 1/2's. It was the only photo I could find.

No problem. Some people think they will interchange because they look alike.
