From what I can see it looks like the passenger outer fender has to be removed to replace the heater core. The car is a 1967 Galaxie 500 with a 289 and factory air conditioning. Is this what needs to be done?[img]/forums/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif[/img]
I loosened the inner fender on my 65 as I could not get it all the way out plus the motor was out so it made it a little easier,its not a easy job and I hope I dont have to do it again. Jeff
