Big block radiator with small block 1968

my 68 wagon needs some new hoses, and from what i see, someone
put in a big block radiator(cross flow) and now i need to find these
hoses they used. I also noticed they have a water pump exiting on the drivers side, which i know they did in the mid 70's..
So should i shoot with a mid 70's car for a hose?
Anyone out there done this?

Take your old hoses with you to the parts store and have them look in the buyers guide at the pictures and match them up.
