Galaxie Club Offset conversion shaft - who does it ?

Im in the process of rebuilding my front end, actually im in the process of putting my front end back together , with disc brakes and airbags.

I hate the offset bolt and im thinking while im in there i might as well replace it, i had a kit and i sold it [ not thinking i would be rebuilding my front end anytime soon ] to one of you guys on here , kinda stupid of me.

I know one of the Galaxie club guys does this conversion.

Anyone know who to talk to ?

I think Bill Gerstenberg of So-Cal does them also. But you had to move.

What about taking the shaft to a machine shop and having one made without the offset? I have a brother in law who says he will do it but we need to know what material

Deb, do you know how much Bill charges for the kit ?

southern63gal - All the kit in the pic is, is a grade 8 bolt with a thick washer. The washer makes up the thickness of the "offset" part of the bolt.

I have a few extra bolts that run through the frame, i might play with em and see what i can come up with

There used to be a guy on this sitE named Greg Cook and he had a car Battlestar Galaticia a 63 that did wheeles off the line and he said that he just welded his in the down position and it was done a couple of years ago seems to me to be a cheap way of doing this instead of paying $170+ DOLLARS.
