Re: New Web Page For Work Done

I did see it, and I think it was well thought out.
American PI (Police Interceptor) 3.14159.
...I wish I had thought of that LOL!

Hey Danv, how are you today?

I used to, as did our own Mr.Kultulz, be in the advertising/commercial art industry, and as an art director had as one of the duties the originating of names and campaigns of various products.

Example: Brake Check - Home

I designed the name and graphics for this account.

So the "Ms.American Pi" ("Miss American Pie") which is also the name of a hit song by Don McLean, about the death of Buddy Holley (one of the seminal influences of Rock n Roll), Richie Valens (LaBamba), and Bob Richardson (the Big Bopper, "Chantilly Lace" which had the line: "You KNOW What I Like") in a plane crash seemed to fit really well.

BTW, the official Ford name for the color of the 3.14159 is Chantilly Beige!

I'm also working on how to incorporate "Lovely Rita" into it, as in the Beatles: "Lovely Rita, meter maid" (In her hat, she looked much older, with a bag across her shoulder, made her look a little like a military man"), and like the other Beatle lyric line: "Her name was McGill, she called herself "Lil", but everyone knew her as "Nancy."

"Her name was Ms.American PI, she called herself 3.14159, but everyone knew her as 3.14."!!! It doesn't rhyme, but then again, I'm not John Winston Lennon either.

Hope you are well

So how does Lovely Rita and Rocky Raccoon fit into the scheme of things?

I had to read it twice, but couldn't figure it LOL!

I must go start work now.....

The police are "para-military", like Lovely Rita, who "looked a little like a military man"(?), and "Her name was Magill, she called herself Lil, but everyone knew her as Nancy", is the same order as: "Her name was Ms. American PI, she called herself 3.14159, but everyone knew her as Rita (or 3.14)". I haven't got this all worked out yet!

Well, if YOU think YOU have problems, listen to this...

I just received a telemarketing phone call with the TERRIBLE news that the forty-four year old Galaxie's warranty is "about to run out!".

And if THAT wasn't bad enough... I was instructed to press 1 to remedy this situation.

The only problem is that my phone is an old "dial" style phone, and dialing "1" doesn't do a damned thing!

What's a guy to do?

Hope your work went well.
