horn ring

do y'all know where to get that plastic piece that holds the horn ring on to the steering wheel? on a 1965 galaxie?

Seems like they are always available on Ebay. I got one there but it was just different enuf that the horn ring did not sit down far enuf on the wheel. I think they matter what horn ring center and what model. 500 diff from XL diff from LTD Diff from Custom

Note that it says it is for an XL.

I bought mine (for 66 - same p/n) from Dearborn - HP102A - $4.95 plus way too much for shipping. Worked great. Good luck.

Like Chooch65 said, there's different ones depending on the model. The white one I got won't work on a 500. It's for an XL. I ended up with a black one that's perfect. If you need a white one like in the above link, I'll make you a good deal.
