Need 31 spline axels?

Hello again, I have been in a holding pattern on my 64 Galaxie, I found a deal on a 9" third member with Detroit Locker and 4-57 gears and 31 spline spider gears for $200, I have 28 spline axles now, where can I find 31 spline axels and about what would I have to pay for them? thanks in advance.

Bill, those USED axels on ebay are certainly no deal at the price hes asking, unless your building a numbers matching car.

Try Moser or Strange. When I bought mine from Moser, I believe they were about $275.00. And they were rated for way more than my 535 hp/560 ft lb motor would ever put tp them.

I believe there are a couple of other mfgs that offer the too, but these two are the first ones that poped into my head.

I found out today the guy that had the third member informed me that the rear was sold to someone pending receipt of funds, so I am no longer in search of the axles, but I will keep looking for the third member maybe 3.73 or 3.90 a little more practical. Thanks for all the input guys,
