Newbie with a question....or two. 63 1/2
This is a GREAT forum...I've been reading for a couple of hours, and what great information and sharing! I've been working on my 63 1/2 Galaxie for about four years and am in the reassembly stage now. Had the dash and instrument cluster powder coated, and it is gorgeous!
In replacing the cowl rubber, I pulled the cover and noticed the wiper arms that connect to the motor have pretty worn out bushings. Is there a supplier of replacement bushings, or what is a good fix? Any help would be appreciated.

First, welcome to the forum!
As for the bushings, I'm not sure if anyone has those or not. You might check Securities, Insurance, and Compliance - Kaplan Financial Macs don't have them as all i found there were wiper arms when looking for a wiper motor. Maybe greg donahue. Greg Donahue Collector Car Restorations but not sure if he has them either.
Last but not least, Dennis Carpenter Ford Car, F-100 Pickup Truck, Tractor and Cushman Scooter Restoration Parts
If they don't have them maybe they will have something you need in the future. Just be sure on some common things, unless you are wanting NOS, check with Napa and other local parts places first. The prices are usually better and sometimes even have stuff in stock or ordered and there in a day.

The way prices keep going up he just might have to if he doesn't move quick before they go up again! I have bout fell over at some of the prices I've seen for stuff and that's even things I've bought a few years ago from the local places! 400% price increases litterally!

I guess I did didn't I! Have to excuse me I'm on mind altering antibiotics! LOL I'll use any excuse! I don't even have a clue what that is either! But he might need it some day. I was wondering what you meant and then said oh heck with it and go with it.
Oh it was supposed to be Dearborn but I forgot to add Classics when I typed it out!
Ford Ranchero, Ford Falcon, Ford Fairlane, Ford Torino, Mercury Comet, and Mercury Montego Parts Online That one should work better but just in case, refer back to the original if prices get too high maybe.
