Turn signal malfunction

FE is having signal probs with the '67. The hazards all work, the fuse is good, bulb is good, connections that he thought might not be are good and the ground to the left front one is good. The Left Front doesn't work at all.

Any other ideas? Would the flasher be bad if the lights all blink for the hazzards?

Re: Turn signal malfunction

i believe it has two flashers--one for the hasards and one for the regular flashers-

dont take my word for this but my 66 has two--

one should be close to steering colum --one close to glovebox-

Re: Turn signal malfunction

What dearhorse said. Does the left front work on 4 ways? Does both flasher lights work on the dash. The flasher lights on the dash are hooked to the front turn signal curcuits. If they work then it is not the switch.

Re: Turn signal malfunction

It ended up being a flasher that was MIA. Just the wires were hanging there if I heard him right on the voicemail. He was multi-tasking.

I had asked about the flasher but didn't know there were 2 of those boogers. My big moment was just remembering a fuse box in the glove box. Now and then info on here finds a way to stick in my brain and come out at the right time.

If all goes well they might get to hit the road in the morning.

Thanks all!
