Glove Box Door Alignment on my 63

I'm struggling to get the glove box door on my 63 aligned with the rest of the trim on the dash. There are two adjustments via small bolts on the bottom hinge...is there a certain protocol to follow in order to get the door to line up? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Trial and error, tighten up the bolts enough so latched it can still be moved maybe. Mines close but I'll screw with it more probably. The latch itself moves too.

take the latch off for now it makes it easier to get it adjusted properly. When it shuts right re install the latch and adjust it to the door.
