1962 owners...rare options?

I don't even remember seeing many seat belted cars til like '67 or so. I'm sure someone knows.

Here's the history of seatbelts. It says New Hampshire doesn't have a seat belt law except for children. Guess it's too small? But then RI is even smaller isn't it?
