Re: repair manual.

I don't quite get what you said or asked. Are you asking if they have one or do you have one to get rid of? I'm pretty good at reading phoenectically but you lost me. Not difficult to do though and I do it to others often!

If you're looking for one you can find them on ebay pretty easily. And if you really pay attention you can find them that are mis-pictured and get a better deal yet.

Kinda off topic or is it. How would I go about adding 2 more holes to my manual so I can put it in a notebook. Or do office supply stores sell the types that have just one ring? I think 3 ring would help hold it together better though.

Re: repair manual.

You want to get a 1962 Ford Shop manual. They can be purchased in CD ROM form. They are a Copyrighted material and will not be on the net for free. You can get them on ebay or a few others sources for about $50

Hey mon Deb,
Some time ago I had the occasion to learn book binding. And here a while back, I mentioned how to bind your manual to where the pages wouldn't come out (as they are not "bound" in, but rather just edge glued like a tablet).

If you want to make holes in the edge so that it will fit into a "loose leaf binder", get a NEW (meaning "sharp") 1/4" drill-bit and slowly, gently drill the holes in the proper places. It might also help if you could clamp the book down with a piece of wood on it about 1/2" from the edge.
