How hard is it to find these...

I am looking for a set of valve covers for my 390. I want the solid valve covers that say THUNDERBIRD. What are they going for? If I can't find a cheap set I will run the ones I have. I am not in a hurry to find these since I just started on the short block.

That works well. It will be the first of the week before I can send you money. Thanks again.

Re: How hard is it to find these...

well I looked at the covers I have and they are not "Thunderbird" covers. they are "Ford" and "powered by Ford" sorry. I had a set of the "thunderbird" ones (thought I had more than one set) but they must have gone with the 390 when I sold it. My offer still stand if you are interested in either of the pairs I have.

Re: How hard is it to find these...

Are the Ford ones the solid ones with Ford in big, block letters? That is what my factory 352 covers were. One of them got crushed and the other is missing. Do you have a pic? If it is them I will take them. Let me know what shipping will be.
