Talking push rod tool

I will soon doing the engine work on my 63.5.

To start building the engine and I have a set of C6AE-R heads that I will be using on my 390 engine. The heads have been ported polished with CJ valves and hardened seats. I will be using a high energy cam
I have already purchased a comp cam extream energy CL33-248-4 with double springs and lifters.
The cam specks are
RPM RANGE 1800 TO 6000
VALVE TIMING 0.006
LOBE CENTER ANGLE 110
INTAKE CENTERLINE 106
VALVE LASH HYD
DURATION 274 INTAKE EXHAUST 286
DURATION @ .050 LIFT 230 INTAKE EXHAUST 236
VALVE LIFT 0.562 INTAKE EXHAUST 0.565
LOBE LIFT 0.327 INTAKE EXHAUST 0.327
VALVE TIMING @0.006 LIFT
INTAKE OPEN BTDC 31 CLOSE ABCD 63
EXHAUST OPEN BBDC 77 CLOSE ATDC 29

The car will have two afb four barrel carbs the cfm I think is around 600 each.
4 sp tranny I do not know the tranny ratio but I will see if I can find out.
Long tube ceramic coated headders.
3.50 gears posi out back.
MSD electronic ignition.
Deep sump pan with melling pump.

This is a long winded way to ask what size push rod do I need or can someone sell me a single push rod to make one adjustable homemade to get in the ball park about length.
It looks like there are several possibilites.

Thanks

Re: push rod tool

That's a common store bought part. Here is one example. JEGS 80683 JEGS Adjustable Pushrod Length Checker This one is for the stock FE hydraulic size.
