65 390/FMX from Tbird into 66 Galaxie???

'Morning all - Does anyone know if a 390/FMX setup from a 65 Thunderbird will bolt into a 66 Galaxie that currently has a worn out 289/C4 Cruise-o-matic setup? Is there anything I should be aware of that might be an issue if I attempt to put the 65 drivetrain into my 66?

Will have to use 66 galaxie FE mounts and the only difference in the trans would be the shift arm.

Don't forget that the Galaxies have an angled mounting pad for the carburetor and the ones on Thunderbirds are flat.
