Resizing a photo with MS paint?

Anyone know how to resize a photo with microsoft paint? The software with the scanner says that if I want a smaller picture when I transfer it to Jpeg to turn down the compresion. This just gives me a big crappy looking picture. Need to find a way to make it 200x100 for the your cars section.

Resizing a photo with MS paint?

Craig and Chris asked me to use only one photo 'cause of bandwidth problems. They did promice that they were working on an area for the subscribers to have more in depth detail of the cars. Which would include more picture space. I was pretty bummed when Chris asked me to take it down though. It's been 2+ years since it looked good enough for a picture. Besides I couldn't figure out which one that I liked the best. The one that is on there now was dark's choice of the two. He has been a really big help. Maybe if I send them another $15 i can get another picture and my icon will say 2XSUBSCRIBER.

Thanks, it seems to make all the hard work over the years a little easier to see both pics in full size.
