Mystery Part Trivia 2, what brands both used this same part?

Here is two Dodge "Bighorn" semi pictures I took at a semi truck show a few years back.

Yes Sir, I had not seen one either until I took those pictures that day.

I spent the whole day at that Semi show walking around and taking pictures.
