No they did not as far as I know. However there was a guy in Arizona that made his own 67 Cougar convertiable. He did a good job on it. It was about "factory" correct as you could get. I believe it was in the Mustang and Fords magazine January 92 issue.

there's a company in California that does them to 67/68 (same as Mustang) I'll see if I can find it, but 69 was the first and 73 was the last. Kevin Marti did a 67 using readily available Mustang hardware.
