My new go cart!

It's a cool cart!

I got it for my nieces and nephews to have fun with.............

We tuned it up and cranked up the governor a lil bit and it goes pretty good now......I got it for only $180 so it was too good to pass up I thought?

I'm thinking we are gonna hafta upgrade to a larger cart pretty soon as DynoJesse barely fits in this one.....I will keep this one too and just let the smaller kids use it......

Here is a pic of one that is sorta close to what I bought...

Bigger cam, carb, convert to alcohol, higher compression, 2 speed gear box, etc. I think you can make it go decent with not much money and a little time. Then you'll understand how and how easy a car engine can be hot rodded

I think DJ is gonna outgrow this cart pretty fast.....the 5 HP briggs was a option for this cart so I know it's bolt on that would make it faster but, since it's gonna be for just a smaller kids to drive I guess I'll just keep the standard 3 HP briggs on it.

DJs next cart is gonna be a adult size and we are gonna put some big HP in that one!

I think before long the speed bug will hit and DynoTom will be trying to figure out how to put his 532 in it but I would go with a Glide instead of a C4 in that light car

Hmmm, I have a 1979 Suzuki GS1000 sitting around. I wonder what would happen if that engine found it's way into someting like that?

I did notice that the steering on the cart does react very quick!

Of course at speed it gets worse........I'm gonna end up pulling the governor back pretty much to keep the younger kids safer in it.
