Just running an idea by you guys regarding my Lightning...

The emblems are held on with double sided tape. I would keep it simple and go with no emblems. With the roll pan, cowl hood and some nice polished wheels it will really look sharp. Now some ghost flames that would be neat.

For anyone having to remove those plastic emblems, the easiest way I've found is with heat.

Take a heat gun and heat the BACK side of the fender... and the emblem will pull right off with no problems OR damage to the paint. I carefully used a propane torch to remove the 'Ranger' emblem from my truck. It was surprisingly easy, and it came right off. You'd never know it was even there. (except the paint was a little fresher underneath)

The heat softens the glue to the point the badge comes right off... It works slick as can be!

Good Luck!

Yeah they are mounted with double sided tape and there is a hole in the fender. Forgot about that . I guess they do that so they know where install the emblems.
