Did ya ever notice...

How when you buy a certain vehicle you suddenly start noticing them all over the place?
Happened with the '69 Cougar, then with the Galaxie & now it's started with the '70 Ranchero. I was just picking up my 1st grader daughter & saw a '70 Torino pull up. In a year & a half I've never noticed it there before. On Monday I noticed a '64 Ranchero that I never saw before & it's been there every day this week...

hahaha thats so true. When I got my Cougar, they werent around, now there's 7 in town. When I got my Fairlane I never saw another one, nows theres 2 others (mind you ones a 68 coupe others a 69 cobra coupe). A guy next town over has a 390 69 cyclone, we usually cruise in the summer a few times a month. Some guy bought a 69 ranch from out of city and we met for coffee last year and traded storis, very cool.

i've had my 64 Fairlane since 1980 and i have not seen one registed/inspected driving on the road.Saw a few,very few in peoples yards but NONE on the road.I've only seen one 64 Fairlane Wag in person[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_cry.gif[/img]

Yeah I notice that all of the time. You think you've got a unique car and then you see them all over the place.

It's also try for colors (in case of more common cars). When you buy the car you think that you don't see that color so often, but as soon as you have it, it seems that they didn't make them in any other color...

Especially when you buy a Model T [img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif[/img][img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif[/img]

my friends boss has an edsel, I think a 58 but not sure. I'll see it this spring and take a picture

i wouldn,t mind having that problem.besides the galaxie,i drive a 69 merc. marquis convert.only made about 2300 of them.as far as i know, theres only 3 others here in oz.bit hard to get parts for, body/chrome wise.orig.429 still runs awesumly.surprisingly agile for such a large vehical.

When I bought my first Cyclone Spoiler it was a few years before I saw another &amp; I still own it, only time I see one is in my back yard. Everything else... that's the way it is [img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]

It's getting worse. I'm now aware of 3 '64's in town, the neighbors '73, a '76 at a local salvage yard, another primered '76 I've seen at the mall.....

&amp; just today I got offered a '68 with a good 302 &amp; a knackered C4..... for $500
