\"health report\" of Fordmuscle.com? Are we in good shape?

I have seen a couple car sites I have been going to in the last few months "go under"......

How is the "health" of Fordmuscle.com and could the members be notified in advance if the site does start to fall into any type of situation where it might need help of some sort?


I REALLY don't want this site to join the other ones that I have been on that "went under" for one reason or another.....

I think I speak for many members here when I say that Fordmuscle.com is like a second home for me....I would not want to try and sign on one day here to find that the site is no longer.......We have a "good thing" here and I just wanted to be sure it goes on forever![img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_tup.gif[/img]

All in all I think were doing great. Trolls are few and far between, and we manage to run them off pretty quick. Admins are always around if ya need something.

I've made a lot of good friends here, people I wouldnt have met otherwise. And while its pretty easy to get info on anything just about anywhere on the net, its not very common to see such a close knit group as we have here. USually a forum will have its core members, and thats who they talk to. Here just about everyone is welcomed with open arms.

Or open beds in Chilly's case.....

I'm with you, DT. Even when I'm doing other Internet related stuff, I generally have a window open for Fordmuscle so I can check every once in awhile what y'all are up to...[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif[/img]

Hopefully the Administration will give us a clean bill of health and we can keep on keepin' on [img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_tup.gif[/img]

I have never actually SEEN anyone asked to leave,but the site does seem to police itself,just by the type of people that are here and the way they conduct themselves.I have seen people with attitudes,language problems,trouble makers etc. come to this site,But when they see its not like that around here,they either decide they like it and become one of us or they move on.Sure we have our cliques because of age,location,non auto interests etc but it seems everyone here shares something,whatever it is,that DOES make us a family.

This is a great place and it does make everyone feel welcome and there is no such thing as a dumb question which is another plus[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_tup.gif[/img] in my book! No need for concern. Chirag, Chris, and myself have devoted a good percentage of our lives to making FordMuscle work. Expect to see the site grow over the next few years. From our point of view, we are just getting started. Your participation is helping us get noticed. To take the "bill of health" analogy further...We have a clean bill of health and are focused on strength training.
