farewell to all, i\'m out for the next 4 months to BMT!!!!

tonight is my last night here at home and i'm trying to savor it because i'm leaving to the air force at 4am and i need to be at MEPS are at thata time.

its going to be hard to see my family leave me especially my 4 month pregnant wife. i'm certainly going to try to hold back the tears.

wish me luck everybody. if all of you do't hear from me within the first 7 weeks then i'm doing good. you maya hear from me the later 6 weeks here and there. i hope and pray none of you hear from me any earliar than 7 weeks.

You'll do great XolieX! That leaving someone off at the MEPS station is no fun! I remember when I took my husband(before we were married) to Jacksonville from GA and the weather fit the mood. Lousey, storming like crazy and vans aren't so good for windy rainy driving. It was a sad day and at the same a good day. Learn three things very quickly and you'll do fine.
The Drill Instructor is ALWAYS right!
Keep your eyes open and your mouth shut unless asked a question;
AND most important always answer "SIR ... YES SIR" as loudly as you can.

The Air Force is great and I second the previous post; I'm proud to know there are still people willing to defend the U.S. in any branch of the service.
