Got me a new car

Traded the Ranger last night. Just wasn't cuttin it as a family car. Got into a brand new Focus Wagon with the ZETEC and 5 speed. Pretty peppy lil car. Im pretty stoked about it, ever since I sold my 68 Galaxie wagon I've missed havin one. All the room for all kindsa stuff, and I personally think a wagon is so much cooler than a minivan. Gonna add some stripes and maybe some wheels later on, but for now its just nice to have room to move with the baby in the car [img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]

I read that consumer reports just named the Focus it's recommended small car, including the SVT Focus as most fun to drive...Wonder what happened? They've been Japanese car crazy for the past century...[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif[/img] Congrats on your purchase!

Thanks much. I tell ya, this lil car is a blast. The engine is very potent for a stock 4 banger, feels like a decent six, even in the low end. The tranny shifts nice and smooth, and the handling is better than Id ever expect from a wagon. Does not feel like a small car at all.
