Here, you drink whenever:

a car crashes (137 times, approximately).
Carrie Fisher tries to kill Jake.
Elwood drives.
either Elwood or Jake takes off their sunglasses.
John Candy says something really stupid (i.e. "We're in a truck!&quot[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img].
an Illinois Nazi appears on the screen.
random people are dancing, either in the street, diner, church, etc.
Elwood makes a reference to toast (drink the entire drink).
Jake lies.
there's a reference to being in jail.
someone drink a beer.
someone drinks something other than beer (finish your drink).
Jake and Elwood recruit another band member.
each time a SWAT team member says "hut".
every time you see a police officer, fireman, military person, or other government official running.
Each time there's a reference to God.
each time someone starts preaching about something.

If you make it past the scene where Elwood destroys the elevator control panel, you've cheated!
