FX, it's not hard to make your own panels if you wanted to try. All you need is some thin masonite or MDF for the backing and if you wanted to add an armrest or something in there to break up the flatness you can use expanding foam that's been hardened and cut/sand it into shapes and attach it, or you can even use fiberglass & built up MDF pieces to get the shapes you want. The hardest part is putting material on there and even that isn't too tough if you've got good adhesive & a heat gun for stretching vinyl.

I missed most of it but was watching some car show where they were showing how to do the door panels with
the 'ridges'. It was pretty cool. Just some 1" foam or so and cut grooves into it where the 'tuck' would be and they kinda glued one wrung at a time and used what i called a pizza cutter only more like a roller like those old 'wheel' pencil erasers and ran that up and down the groove as they worked their way over each hump. Was pretty cool.
Here they are making seats and sewing in the seams with backing material but still can give a person an idea I would think.
