Pictures of my new \'73 Torino Fastback:

Here are a couple of pics of my newest addition, I got it running today and I must say it rips!! It is a 4V 351 CJ. It has 3.25's and a C-6. I pulled the 4300 and installed a 600 Holley as the 4300 needed a rebuild. I also installed the sport steering wheel out of a Bronco. I am going to lose all the front bumper bracing and pull the bumper in towards the body. I am also going to narrow the bumper 2 1/2" to make the front end cleaner. I am thinking of going to 15 x 8 Magnums in the back, but I also have a nice set of aluminum slots, what do you all think?

Nice car!
I love the Magnums.
Now you have to fight all the people that will try to talk you into painting it like Starsky & Hutch.

Looks nice and solid F15falcon. Is there a rush on that color? My next car will have a similar color on it.

I'm interested in your comment about the bumper. That would look pretty cool on that car. Needs less of the "battering ram" look. I always liked that grille tho.

Gotta believe that the new Starsky & Hutch movie will put a spike in the prices of these things, no matter what year it is. I prefer the earlier models myself. I remember driving a buddy's '72 and was impressed how it handled for a "big" car.

DAmm nice looking car! I:"d keep the magnums. (wider is always better), but the ones that are on the car look kiler!

I also am interested in how the bumper refab will look.
I did something similar with a 76 pinto, (removed all backing, moved it back to the body, ), but did not narrow it. That was not an option 'back then'.

Good luck. Looks great!
