Steel Wheels and Where to Find Them?

Okay, this is a silly question I guess, but I need to upgrade to 15" steel wheels, standard Ford 5 lug pattern. I want a 6" wide wheel with about 3 1/2" back spacing, or 4" BS if I can find them. All four need to be able to clear 11" disc brakes. What kind of Ford car would have these? I will be at the swap meet this coming Sunday and want to have a clue as to what I should look for. Are these super common or what?

try steel wheels off a mid 90s crown vic.(police interceptors). only thing is i think they are 15x7s. if you cant find them at a swap meet try ford, i believe they still sell them for appx. $50 a pop or so.

You can try this place they are kind of high but at least they have the sizes and back spacing on their site. It might help you out some.

Thanks guys. This helps. I am tempted to try to fit 15 X 7s, but in my lowered lil' Falcon it's real tight in there.

Try the yards for '70's midsize Torino/Montego and 77 to '79 LTDII/Tbird/Cougar wheels. A lot came with 15X6 wheels in that era. Bolt spacing is the same and they are designed to clear calipers and have big centre holes for the rotors so interference won't be an issue. Good Luck. Stu

wheel vintique also. stockton wheel and wheel vintique will build the wheels to order, size, width, and backspacing, and at very reasonable prices too. they start around 29$ each.
