I got my coupe by screwing a guy out ot it. I think he deserved it though. In 1994 I was getting a divorce and had to sell my 69 GT 350 convertible (Jan. 95 Mustang Monthly, for you people with old magazine collections. There is a photo of me in there too shotrod64. Just add 10 years and a lot of hair). A old car dealer out Dallas called to buy it, but he wanted to trade me this real rare coupe and a little cash for it. He had 22k in the car and that is all he wanted out of it. the car was painted, drive line rebuilt and all the parts round up but it needed reassembling. I passed thinking he was tring to screw me. Sold my convertible to a real nice Enron executive. Six months later a friend of mine ,who I painted a 70 scj coupe( sept. 1993 Mustang &amp; Fords Magizane) for call to tell me that the guy who tried to buy my convertible filled bankrupty and need cash really bad. The car I passed on for 22k I bought for $8,500. As it stands know I have about $13,500 in it.
