Fahrenheit 9-11 transportation fund

From Fox News :

'Fahrenheit' Smash Hit in NYC

Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11" broke all records yesterday in its premiere showing. Lincoln Plaza Cinemas manager Mohammed Alam told me last night that the film grossed a stunning $31,569 and all sixteen performances were sold out.

"From the beginning of the day until the end," Alam said, "I have never seen anything like it." Four shows for today are already sold out, and Alam expects a repeat performance.

Meantime, another bigger record was set downtown at the Village Cineplex 7, the only other theatre in the country playing "F9/11" before its national opening on Friday. The box office gross there was $48,000.

"It's a record," managing director Scott Rosenmann told me. "People have been crying and applauding at the end of shows. Some say they don't want to live in America anymore."

Rosenmann was keeping the theatre open all night last night, and even had tickets sold for the 2:30 a.m. show.

Me thinks that maybe we should all help these poor folks forced to live under the tyranny and oppression that the united states inflicts upon its citizens by sending them abroad. I figure we sit in on one of these showings, and if someone says they dont want to live here anymore, we chloroform them, bag them, and fed ex them to Iran.....

I will not be seeing this movie (nor will any member of my family) for two reasons. First, I don't agree with Michael Moore's position on numerous topics, so I will not be putting money in his pocket. Second, while he expresses his freedom of speech, I will be expressing my freedom of choice by not listening to or watching his "story". So, even if I could see the movie for free, I would not watch it. If there is anything actual or factual in his presentation, it will likely be skewed to support his political views.

One of the things that cracks me up about MM is that in his movie "Roger and Me" he tried to blame a corporate big wig for abandoning the union rich areas like Flint, Michigan for lower wage areas. MM of course was from the Flint area. Where does he live now? Maybe he should take a shower, get a hair cut and a shave.

It's the true story of a left wing, bed wetting, Hollywood liberal producer's slide into the abyss of madness. I give it 2 thumbs up.....Michael Moore's ass. Just not my thumbs.

CupCake...it is a movie that will make you ashamed to be an American...that is ofcourse if you buy into all of the Bull**** lies. The movie is propaganda at its finest...going well out of its way with lies and deception. It is the liberals best weapon against the masses...keep them uneducated and they'll bite.

If you see it...please get educated first don't be one of the mindless sheeple.

First, let me say MM is a ****! Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion, that's mine. I agree he has the freedom to say & do anything he can afford to do legally, but, the problem I see is there are a LOT of people in this country that believe everything they see in a so called documentary, my mother-in-law being one. My view is I may not agree with what you have to say but I will fight to the death for your right to say it...
