Calling JustJim

Hello

I was wondering what kind of front suspension you got on the Morris? Did you make a new frame for it to make the 289 fit? The reason for asking is that i have a Renault Dauphine i want to turn into a bracket racer.
Do you have any pics of the car/ engine

Thor

Thor,The Morris has a basically stock front end with a lot of stiffeners welded in to keep the thing from collapsing. I subframed the rear.I don't think it is anything like a Renault though. Here's a link for some more Morrie stuff. The info is about 5 years old and the car is much faster now but you'll get the idea.http://britishv8.org/swaps/289minor.htm
