anyone own a lightning?

My brother just bought one saturday from a guy in texas"we live in Idaho" got to love the net. its eather a 2000 or 01 can't remember for sure has 33000 miles on it and looks brandnew inside and out he paid 18,500 for it and figured this was a good deal he has been looking for one for a while now and sence you don't see many of them around here when you do they want way to much for them. Well I'm not one thats realy into 2wheel drive trucks but this thing kicks ass, it don't pull quite as hard as his fox body did "it ran mid 12's" but he has alrealy ordered up some parts for it and promises me it will. Well just wanted to see if anyone else on here has one or has played with one.

My buddie has an 01. He added a lower blower pulley,CAI,Throttle body and a chip. Now he needs to replace the heat exchanger under the S/C.[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_eek.gif[/img]

99+ L's are cool as all get out (My father hasa 2002 Harley 150 and it is a blast {no pun intended [img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif[/img]} to drive as well) the problem with to much power on a Lightning is the same problem for 99-01 Cobra's.Rods like to exit the stage left! right out of the block!!!
